Vines from Hautes Côtes de Nuits are cultivated on two plateaus between 300 – 400m above the sea level. Over the past few decades, the winemakers have been dedicated to producing high quality vines.
Marsannay - Regarded as the "Golden Gate to the Côte de Nuits", the MARSANNAY is a village appellation of Côte de Nuits district covers the communes of Chenôve, Marsannay-la-Côte and Couchey, it is the only communal appellation which produces wines of all three colours.
Fixin – Another village appellation situated between Dijon and Gevrey-Chambertin in Côte de Nuits district included 6 Premiers Crus Climats produce largely of red and some plots of white.
