100 years of Siran
Hi, I enjoyed reading the piece and interesting to know how the '28 and '29 are still holding up. The Mialhe family has been in the Philippines for two centuries and Chateau Siran flies the Philippine flag at the property. Their business in the Philippines have allowed them to survive the ups and downs of Bordeaux over the decades. At the recent state visit of President Hollande to the Philippines last month, the 2000 Chateau Siran was served, a vintage of Siran I like a lot, especially with its unique label.
