A big structured wine with lashings of oak and full, concentrated fruit character. A classy wine with a fine structure, and a long finish.

Cracked black pepper, cassis, lavender, mint and thyme complexity. Seductive dark cherry richness with camphor and cinnamon and a finely textured drinkability that makes this blend, albeit powerful, approachable.

A herb and menthol aroma and lavender overlay. A full-bodied wine with lots of fruit flavour and natural sweetness; loads going on in the glass with refreshing cassis matched with cinnamon and spice nuances. A complete, well-made wine with lots of body, complexity and character. Will age well.

Evolving nicely, intriguing iodine, nutmeg, savoury mulberry and plumy fruit on the palate with firm acidity. Juicy supple texture and firm but balanced tannins on the finish. Lovely overall balance and texture, a Northern or Southern Rhone meets Oz blend.
