Australian Fine Dining gala event

Experience Australia's finest dining - Wagyu by Mayura Station alongside one of the world's most admired wine brands, Penfolds. Graciously hosted by the internationally respected Champagne/wine host - Melbournian Kyla Kirkpatrick, otherwise known as The Champagne Dame, guests will be served a delicious wine-matched menu created by Mayura Station, The Champagne Dame and The Westin Beijing Chaoyang Culinary team.

The first ever of Australian Fine Dining events showcasing Australia’s finest produce will capture the attention of a highly limited number of lucky clients looking to indulge in products from the beautiful country that is Australia.

The award-winning Mayura Station Wagyu farm was established in 1845 and is one of Australia’s oldest and most respected pastoral operations. They will present an incredible 4-course degustation matched with Penfolds premium Australian wines, graciously hosted by Australia’s foremost Wine and Champagne presenter – Kyla Kirkpatrick ‘The Champagne Dame’, creating an unforgettable dining experience at the Westin Beijing Chaoyang.

On the evening guests will be welcomed to the five star venues by Australian staff and beautiful classical music playing in the foyer. The owner of Mayura Station, Scott De Bruin, will then take dining guests through the history of Australia’s finest Wagyu company and The Champagne Dame will present the wonderful world of the wines, focussing on those accompanying the meal. To complete the elegant evening, beautiful gift bags will be presented to all who attend.
