The Collet family has, since 1792 and from generation to generation, dedicated themselves to their vines and vineyard. They produce Grands and Premiers Crus Chablis wines. Today the size of the Domaine is 37 hectares.
The philosophy of Domaine Collet represents a struggle to work the vines within a framework of reasonable winemaking practices, which aims to give value to the very unique terroir of Chablis.
Mr. Romain Collet, Domaine Jean Collet & Fils’s owner will host a wine dinner in collaboration with Onereddot Fine Wines on February 29th.
